Glacier National Park, Montana With its pristine forests, alpine meadows, rugged mountains and spectacular lakes, Glacier National Park is Waterton's twin, just south of the Canadian border. With over 700 miles of trails, a rich history, endless activities for all ages, its not surprising that Glacier Park has more than 2 million visitors each year.
Going to the Sun Road One of the most amazing highlights of travelling from Glacier National Park to Waterton is driving the Going-to-the-Sun Road. This engineering marvel spans 50 miles through the park's wild interior, winding around mountainsides and treating visitors to some of the best sights in northwest Montana.

Kimball River Sports Kimball River Sports is the fastest growing river rafting adventure company serving Waterton Lakes National Park and Glacier National Park. Remington Carriage Museum Recognized by the Government of Canada as the "Best Indoor Attraction in Canada", this museum in Cardston houses one of North America's largest collections of horse-drawn vehicles and offers visitors a chance to step back in time to get a glimpse of life in the 19th and early 20th century.
Head Smashed in Buffalo Jump Located 18 km north & west of Fort Macleod, Alberta at a place where the foothills of the Rocky Mountains meet the great plains, you'll discover one of the world's oldest, largest and best preserved buffalo jump's known to exist. Designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1981, Head-Smashed-In has been used continuously by aboriginal peoples of the plains for more than 5,500 years.
