Cameron Lake is another favourite place of mine in Waterton. The drive there is beautiful, even in the winter. Even though you often can't drive all the way to the lake in the winter, it's worth the trip up! On one such frosty trek, my family saw a full grown cow moose close-up on the road. We watched silently, as she was very close to us, and when she walked back into the forest she disappeared into the scenery! It was amazing! If you like to fish in the summer, the lake also provides a great opportunity to canoe and lake fish against the backdrop of spectacular scenery!
