Red Rock Canyon Parkway

I love Red Rock Canyon! Whenever I go to Waterton, I always have to drive there. Driving along the parkway is just as beautiful as the view you are treated to at the end! But, if you want to experience the real Red Rock, be sure to park your car and walk over to the canyon! My aunt once drove up there to see it, and then complained that there was no red rock to be found, because she didn't get out of the car to look! Also, there are often mountain sheep in the parking lot that like to lick the road salt off the tires of the vehicles. This provides for great picture opportunities out the car window! Venturing up the creek is also great fun, and absolutely beautiful. My friends and I once gave our pal a haircut in the creek near a little waterfall :)
