Board of Directors 5-9 Directors are elected for a 3-year term by the membership to manage the affairs of the Association and set policy.

WPCA owns and operates
- Waterton Golf Course
- Waterton Community Centre (old School House)
- Waterton Community Hall (old Lions Hall)
The Golf Course caters indoor or outdoor functions during the summer months, while the other 2 facilities are available year round for recreation, education, cultural, and social events. These activities include basketball, floor hockey, weddings, family reunions, funerals, community meetings, etc.
Current Initiative A Waterton Centre Redevelopment Proposal is under review by Parks Canada. The Proposal envisions a redeveloped community center that combines the footprint of the two existing buildings into one state of the art Community Centre, that will accommodate both the current functions of the existing two buildings, and provide opportunities for new functions such as a library, reception hall, etc.
